California dreaming! Picturesque desert scenes, lush and surfable coastlines, and the famous redwood forests, California is a landscape of lifestyle.

You're bound to know a movie set in the City of Angels, or rather city of dreamers, and tours of movie studios like Universal, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures can give visitors a behind-the-scenes look into the film industry, while the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Sign are hard to miss. Just down the road are the beautiful beaches and boardwalks the LA coast is known for. 

A few hours up the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway is San Francisco. Famous for the story of Harvey Milk and their LGBT positive history, San Fran is now well known for being home to the tech industry of the nearby Silicon Valley. Many of the hippies that inspired the internet now reside in peaceful houseboat communities around the Golden Gate Bridge, while the city itself is a pumping metropolis of nightlife and world-class cuisine.

Near the Mexican border is San Diego, which has been called "the birthplace of California" and is a great place to visit for sun-drenched beaches, amusement parks, and increasingly, the local craft brewing industry.

Elsewhere in Cali tourists can experience the many natural wonders, just some of the destinations include Yosemite, Death Valley, Big Basin Redwoods State Park, Tassajara Hot Springs in the Ventana Wilderness, Kings Canyon, and Joshua Tree.
